The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the enactment of reinsurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Parare Internasional to PT Parare Internasional Pialang Reasuransi through KEP-300/PD.02/2026 on June 19th, 2026.
This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.
Following the enactment of its business license, PT Parare Internasional Pialang Reasuransi is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with prevailing laws, regulations and to continously comply with supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
