The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK)
have granted venture capital companies business license Enforcement concerning the
change of name of PT Sarana Bali Ventura to PT Bali Kerthi Development Fund Ventura
since February 16th 2024.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Bali Kerthi Development
Fund Ventura is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing
sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and
regulations.
