KPK APPRECIATES OJK FOR CONTINUOUS
ORGANIZATIONAL INTEGRITY ENFORCEMENT INNOVATIONS
Jakarta, January 23, 2025. Corruption Eradication Commission (“KPK") extended appreciation to Indonesia Financial Services Authority (“OJK") for its continuous organizational integrity enforcement and corruption prevention innovations and measures.
This achievement was reflected in 2024 OJK Integrity Assessment Survey (“SPI"), scoring 84.87, an increase from last year's score at 83.26. The score also shows OJK's consistency to maintain low corruption risk rate and effective integrity strengthening programs.
OJK ranked 2nd in the large-scale Ministry/Institutions category and ranked 9th from overall SPI participants in 2024. OJK's SPI score was also above the average score of all Ministries/Institutions/Regional Government, which was 71.53.
During the Launching of 2024 Integrity Assessment Survey Results, Chairman of the Audit Board Sophia Watimena conveyed that OJK's is committed to supporting KPK's initiative to prevent and eradicate corruption through ecosystem-based approach that not only improves the internal, but also the monitored financial services industry through OJK Regulation on Anti-Fraud for the Financial Services Sector. The launching was held by KPK at Gedung Merah Putih on Wednesday (22/1).
OJK's sincerity is shown through the integration of SPI score as one of the OJK Wide-level Key Performance Indicators, which encouraged full participation from all work units and synergism with KPK. These measures placed OJK in the Low-Risk Category and within the Top 10 National-Level scorer for the last several years.
OJK participated in SPI since 2016. The integrity index achievement has also become OJK Wide KPI since 2017.
Chairman of KPK Setyo Budiyanto extended his appreciation to OJK for its best practices and encouraged similar practices in other Ministries/Institutions/Regional Government as an organizational integrity enforcement innovations or continuous improvement.
KPK conducted the SPI to evaluate and measure Ministries/Institution/Regional Government's integrity, corruption prevention measures, and integrity enforcement effectiveness through real-time solutions.
In 2024, 641 institutions including 94 Ministries/Institutions, 27 Provincial Government and 508 Regency/City Government and 2 SOEs participated in the SPI. The 2024 National Integrity Index was 71.53, while the previous year was at 70.97.
