Regulation No. 7/POJK.05/2014 on examination of
insurance corporation is issued in order to assess the effectiveness of
implementations
of development and supervision over insurance corporations. This OJK
regulation
enables examinations on insurance corporations in efforts to increase
compliance with the prevailing provisions.
