​The Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby announces the results of its examination in the case of violations of laws and ​regulations in the Capital Market, Financial Derivatives, and Carbon Exchange sectors by PT Ekuator Swarna Sekuritas.

Having considered the facts and information obtained through its examination processes, OJK has imposed an Administrative Sanction in the form of a revocation of the Securities Company business license as an Underwriter (PEE) of PT Ekuator Swarna Sekuritas, which have committed the following ​violations:

1. Article 61 letter f of OJK Regulation Number 20/2016, which has subsequently been revoked, declared no longer valid, and superseded by Article 79 letter b of OJK Regulation Number 3 of 2026, for having failed to conduct business activities as an Underwriter (PEE) for more than two (2) consecutive years despite holding a business license as an Underwriter;

2. Article 2 paragraph (1) of OJK Regulation Number 52/POJK.04/2020 in conjunction with Article 61 letter b of OJK Regulation Number 20/2016, which has subsequently been revoked, declared no longer valid, and superseded by Article 79 letter b of OJK Regulation Number 3 of 2026, for failing to maintain the minimum number of Adjusted Net Working Capital (MKBD) for Underwriter business activities since October 2023;

3. Article 10 paragraph (1) letter a and paragraph (2) of OJK Regulation Number 20/2016 in conjunction with Article 61 letter b of OJK Regulation Number 20/2016, which has subsequently been revoked, declared no longer valid, and superseded by Article 24 letter a in conjunction with Article 79 letter b of OJK Regulation Number 3 of 2026 and Article 6 paragraph (1) of OJK Regulation Number 13 of 2025, for failing to maintain an organizational structure and have Underwriter Representative License (WPEE) to conduct Underwriter business activities; 

4. Article 10 paragraph (1) letter b of OJK Regulation Number 20/2016, which has subsequently been revoked, declared no longer valid, and superseded by Article 24 letter c of OJK Regulation Number 3 of 2026, for failing to maintain procedures standard in operating compliance with Underwriter business' regulations; and

5. Article 8 letters j, k, and l, and Article 22 paragraphs (4), (5), and (6) of OJK Regulation Number 8 of 2022, for failing to submit the 2025 Business Plan Report, the 2024 Business Plan Realization Report, and the 2023 and 2024 Annual Corporate Governance Implementation Reports.

The license revocation is applied partially only on Underwriter activity. Therefore, PT Ekuator SwarnaSekuritas is still permitted to conduct business activities as a Broker Dealer (Perantara Pedagang Efek).

Following the revocation of its Underwriter business license, PT Ekuator Swarna Sekuritas shall:

1. cease conducting any business activities as an Underwriter; 

2. settle all outstanding obligations arising from its Underwriter business activities to interested parties, if any;

3. settle all outstanding Administrative Fine obligations payable to OJK through the OJK Revenue Information System (Sistem Informasi Penerimaan OJK); and 

4. refrain from using the Company's name and logo for any purpose or activity related to activities.
