The Indonesia Financial Services Authority has approved the establishment of Sinarmas Asset Management Financial Institution Pension Fund through KEP-39/D.05/2026 on June 5th, 2026.

​The Pension Fund is located at Sinarmas Land Plaza Tower 3 Lantai 7, Jl. MH Thamrin No. 51, RT09/RW04 Gondangdia Menteng, Jakarta Pusat 10350. The approval for the establishment of the Sinarmas Asset Management Financial Institution Pension Fund simultaneously ratifies its Pension Fund Regulation, which shall become effective as of the date of issuance of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority.
