Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the insurance broker business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT Mitra Iswara & Rorimpandey to PT Mitra Iswara dan Rorimpandey Insurance Brokers through KEP-657/PD.02/2025 on December 11th, 2025​. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.

With the approval of the company's business license, PT Mitra Iswara dan Rorimpandey Insurance Brokers is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
