Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the insurance broker business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT Asta Kanti to PT Asta Kanti Insurance Broker through KEP-649/PD.02/2025 on December 4th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Asta Kanti Insurance Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
