Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the insurance broker business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT Web Proteksi Solusindo to PT WPS Insurance Broker through KEP-680/PD.02/2025 on December 17th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.
With the approval of the company’s business license, PT WPS Insurance Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
