​​Indonesian Financial Services Authority through Decision of Member of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-55/D.05/2024 dated July 10, 2024, regarding the Dissolution of Mandom Indonesia Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the Mandom Indonesia Pension Fund, located at Jl. Yos Sudarso By Pass, Sunter Jakarta Utara DKI Jakarta 14010, effective from May 31, 2024.

The dissolution of the Mandom Indonesia Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Founder of Mandom Indonesia Pension Fund.

The aforementioned Decision of Member of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP55/D.05/2024 dated July 10, 2024, also establishes the Liquidation Team of Mandom Indonesia Pension Fund as follows:

1. Nugroho Sisbintoro (Team Leader);

2. Dodi Ardityagraha (Team Member); and
   

3. Deby Novianti (Team Member).
