Board of Commissioners of Indonesian Financial Services Authority hereby dissolves PT Sepatu Bata Pension Fund through KEP-103/D.05/2025 on September 29th, 2025. The dissolution of the PT Sepatu Bata Pension Fund has been carried out upon the request of the Founder of PT Sepatu Bata Pension Fund.
The aforementioned Decisions of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesian Financial Services Authority also established the Liquidator for this pension fund as follows:

Lela Sapitri (Team Member); and
Indriani Lusianingsih (Team Member).
