​Indonesian Financial Services Authority through Decision of the Members of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-74/D.05/2024 dated October 2, 2024, regarding the Dissolution of Pertani Pension Fund, hereby dissolves the Pertani Pension Fund, located at Graha Gabah Lantai 2, Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu Pertani Nomor 1, Jakarta Selatan 12760 effective from Mei 31, 2024.

The dissolution of the Pertani Pension Fund is carried out upon the request of the Founder of Pertani Pension Fund. The aforementioned Decision of the Members of the Board of Commissioners Number KEP-74/D.05/2024 dated October 2, 2024, also establishes the Liquidation Team of Pertani Pension Fund as follows:

3. Yogi Hendaya (Team Member);
   

4. Zulfan Sinaga (Team Member); and
   

5. Eko Priyo Santoso (Team Member).
