​The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby announces the enactment of the insurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Jaya Proteksindo Sakti to PT Jaya Proteksindo Sakti Ins Broker through KEP-222/PD.02/2026 on May 7th, 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.

Following the enactment of its business licen​se PT Jaya Proteksindo Sakti Ins Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
