​We hereby announced that the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted Business License for Clearing Institution for Guarantees and Settlements of the Trading of Digital Financial Asset including Crypto Assets​ through KEP-12/D.07/2026 on March 2nd, 2026.​

The granting of the business license is effective since the date of the business license issued by Member of The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority.

The granting of a business license to PT Pranata Karya Solusi as the Clearing Institution for Guarantees and Settlements of the Trading of Digital Financial Asset including Crypto Assets is based on Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 27 of 2024 concerning the Provision of Trading of Digital Financial Assets, including Crypto Assets, as amended by Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 23 of 2025 concerning the Amendment to Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 27 of 2024 on the Provision of Trading of Digital Financial Assets, including Crypto Assets.
