Indonesian Financial Services Authority through Financial Services Authority Letter
Number S-284/IK.01/2026 dated August 4, 2026, has rejected the business license
application as a Digital Financial Asset Trader of PT Galad Koin Indonesia. The rejection
of the business license application is effective as of the date of issuance of the letter.
Simultaneously with the rejection of the said business license application, the
registration as a Prospective Physical Crypto Asset Trader of PT Galad Koin Indonesia,
which was granted by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, is declared
no longer valid.
With the rejection of the business license application and the revocation of the
registration as a Prospective Physical Crypto Asset Trader, PT Galad Koin Indonesia is
prohibited from conducting business activities in the field of Digital Financial Assets
including Crypto Assets and is required to settle rights and obligations in accordance
with the prevailing laws and regulations, including:
Providing clear information to consumers, the public, and other interested parties
regarding the mechanism for settling rights and obligations; and
Providing an Information and Complaint Center for customers and the public and
appointing a person responsible for handling consumer complaints. In this regard,
