OJK, through the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Service Authority number KEP-16/D.06/2025 dated April 15th, 2025, has revoked PT PANN Pembiayaan Maritim business license, which its head office is located at Jalan Cikini IV Nomor 11, Kelurahan Cikini, Kecamatan Menteng, Kota Jakarta Pusat. The revocation of the business license takes effect from the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority on the date of stipulation.

PT PANN Pembiayaan Maritim is prohibited from carrying out business activities in finance sector and is obligated to settle rights and obligations in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, among others:

1. Restricted from using the word “financing” or the word “sharia financing” for naming the company in accordance with the provisions of Article 112 of OJK Regulation Number 47/POJK.05/2020 Regarding Business and Institutional Licensing of Financing Companies and Sharia Financing Companies as amended by OJK Regulation Number 46 Year 2024 Regarding Development and Strengthening of Finance Companies, Infrastructure Finance Companies and Venture Capital Companies.

2. Provide clear information to Debtors, Creditors, and/or funders regarding the mechanism for settling rights and obligations. 

3. Hold shareholders general meeting to decide on the dissolution of PT PANN Pembiayaan Maritim legal entity and to form a Liquidation Team, no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of business license revocation.

4. Required to appoint a Person in Charge and Employees who serve as a Task Force and Service Center to serve the interest of Debtors and the Community until the Liquidation Team is formed. The Appointed Person in Charge and Employees must be submitted to alldebtors and forwarded to OJK at the attention of the Directorate of Specialized and Supervision for Islamic Venture Capital, Financing, Microfinance and Other Financial Institution and the Directorate of Consumer Services, Complaint Inspection and Regional Market Conduct, Education and Consumer Protection Supervision.
