Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) have granted guarantee company sharia business unit license to PT Orion Penjaminan Indonesia through KEP-261/PD.02/2025 on April 29, 2025 effectively since the date of Members of the Board of Commissioners’ decision is made.
With the approval of the company's sharia business unit license, PT Orion Penjaminan Indonesia is permitted to carry out guarantee company business activities based on sharia principles. PT Orion Penjaminan Indonesia is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
