The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the enactment of the loss adjuster business license in respect of the changeof the name from PT Sapta Pirsa Mandiri to PT Sapta Pirsa Mandiri Loss Adjuster through KEP-52/PD.02/2026 on February 10th, 2026.
This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK. Following the enactment of its business license, PT Sapta Pirsa Mandiri Loss Adjuster is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
