OJK CONTINUOUSLY OBSERVES INVESTREE'S DEVELOPMENT
Friday, February 16, 2024. Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) continuously observes and supervises PT Investree Radhika Jaya (Investree), a fintech peer to peer services platform.
In response to the news coverage and public's attention, currently OJK is conducting in-depth investigation and on-site inspection on Investree upon allegation of operational and consumer protection violation in accordance with public's claim.
OJK will take necessary measures in accordance with the provisions on proven violation allegation, including cooperating with Law Enforcement Apparatus (APH) to support further actions upon parties responsible for the violation.
OJK has told Investree to continue provide their services to the public in accordance with the good governance and encouraged the public to address Investree's case wisely.
