Financial Services Authority, Jakarta, November 3, 2015: Board of Commissioners of Financial Services Authority (OJK) has revoked business license for bond rating agency for a company named PT ICRA Indonesia. With this revocation of business license, PT ICRA Indonesia can no longer perform its business activities as bond rating agency, effective since OJK received letter No. 057/ICRA/DIR/IX/2015 dated September 8, 2015 from the company.OJK Board of Commissioners Decision on this revocation of business license does not eliminate all obligations related to levy payment or administrative sanction in the form of fine that had not been paid by the company before this decision was issued.
