Financial Services Authority, Jakarta, October 6, 2015: Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has issued letter of decision on suspension of notification of registration for six capital market legal consultants (KHPM) registered in OJK. The six capital market legal consultants are found to have not taken continuing professional education with a minimum of five professional credit units (SKP) in two consecutive years, or three times of education in five years. The six capital market legal consultants are:
