Mohammad Mufid
Mohammad Mufid was born in Pamekasan on August 8, 1977. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in State College of
Accountancy in 2002, and he obtained his Master of Business/Applied Finance in
Economic and Finance from Queensland University of Technology, Australia in
2010. Mohammad Mufid began his career as a Staff Member and Lecturer at the State College of Accountancy (STAN), under the Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK), Ministry of Finance, from 2002 to 2004. He then worked in various divisions within the Ministry of Finance from 2004 to 2012, including the Monitoring Team for Recapitalized Commercial Banks, the International Cooperation and Public Relations Division, the Sharia Capital Market Development Division, and the Capital Market Profession Supervision Division.
In December 2012, he continued his career at the Financial Services Authority (OJK), starting as Head of Subdivision before advancing to Deputy Director at the Directorate of Finance Company Supervision from 2012 to 2023. He also worked as Executive Analyst at the Directorate of Regulation for Finance Companies, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other Financial Services Institutions from 2023 to 2024.
Most recently, he worked as Head of OJK Jember starting in June 2024. Currently, Mohammad Mufid has been serving as Head of OJK Solo since 1 April 2026.
