Noviyanto Utomo

Noviyanto Utomo was born in Bogor in 1978. He earned a Diploma degree in Accounting from the State College of Accountancy and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Indonesia. He obtained his Master of Banking and Finance from Monash University.

Noviyanto began his career as an analyst of the Pension Fund Bureau ministry of Finance of The Republic of Indonesia. In 2014, Noviyanto joined the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK), starting as a Sub Division Head Of Takaful Development (2014), Sub Division Head Of Statistics and Information Of Insurance And Health Social Security I (2014 - 2016) and Head of Division Non-Bank Financial Institution Supervision (2016 – 2022). Since 2022, Noviyanto has served as the Head of OJK Office of Tegal.
