This effort demonstrates OJK's commitment to maintaining market integrity, improving market player compliance, and realizing orderly, fair, and efficient securities trading.

In line with strengthening reforms in the Indonesian Capital Markets and efforts to increase investor confidence, transparency in law enforcement is a crucial aspect to demonstrate consistent oversight and accountability by OJK. Law enforcement is carried out continuously based on the results of supervision and inspections, taking into account the characteristics of the violations, the seriousness of the acts, and applicable legal provisions.

As part of this effort, OJK is presenting information regarding cases, violations committed, and the types of sanctions imposed throughout 2026 (years to October 31, 2026) in cases related to the application of the una via principle. This information is expected to provide a clearer picture of law enforcement in the Capital Markets sector and increase public understanding of the consistency of law enforcement carried out by OJK.
