OJK officially launched the Roadmap of Financial Services Business Conduct Supervision, Education, and Consumer Protection (PEPK) 2023-2027 which will serve as a guidance for realizing an Indonesian society that is financially, literate, inclusive, and protected, as well as establishing Financial Services Businesses (PUJK) with integrity.
The Roadmap is supported by four pillars, among others, Financial Literacy and Inclusion, Market Conduct Supervision, Consumer and Public Protection, and Eradication of Illegal Financial Activities.
