Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the life insurance business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT Asuransi Jiwa Seainsure to PT Asuransi Jiwa Moneeinsure through KEP-606/PD.02/2025 on November 13th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Asuransi Jiwa Moneeinsure is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
