Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby grants the enforcement of the general insurance business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT Asuransi Umum Seainsure to PT Asuransi Umum Moneeinsure through KEP-602/PD.02/2025 on November 13th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Asuransi Umum Moneeinsure is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
