Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enforcement of the loss adjuster business license enforcement pertaining the name change of PT Utama Nilai Sentosa to PT Utama Nilai Sentosa Adjuster through KEP-679/PD.02/2025 on December 17th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Utama Nilai Sentosa Adjuster is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
