Pursuant to the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority hereby dissolves PT Otsuka Indonesia Pension Fund through KEP-14/D.05/2026 on February 20th, 2026, located at 18 Office Park, Tower A, Jl. TB Simatupang No.18, Jakarta Selatan 12520, effective as of Desember 31, 2025.
The dissolution of the PT Otsuka Indonesia Pension Fund has been carried out upon the request of the Founder of PT Otsuka Indonesia Pension Fund.
The aforementioned Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority has also appointed the Liquidator for this pension fund, as follows:
