Board of Commissioners of Indonesian Financial Services Authority hereby dissolves PT Trakindo Utama Pension Fund through KEP-111/D.05/2025 on October 21th, 2025. The dissolution of the PT Trakindo Utama Pension Fund has been carried out upon the request of the Founder of PT Trakindo Utama Pension Fund.
The aforementioned Decision of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesian Financial Services Authority have also established the Liquidator for this pension fund as follows:
