The revocation of the business license is effective from October, 1st 2025 as stated in the
Deed of Merger Number 71 dated July, 16th 2025, made by Mala Mukti, S.H., L.L.M,
notary in South Jakarta, which is reaffirmed in the Deed of Statement of Decisions of the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk
Number 65 dated September, 30th 2025, made by Mala Mukti, S.H., L.L.M, notary in
South Jakarta and having obtained proof of recording in the Administrative System
Legal Entity as stated in the letter of the Minister of Law number AHU-AH.01.09-
0344609 dated October, 1st 2025.
Since the effective date of the merger of PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk into PT Adira
Dinamika Multi finance Tbk, PT Adira Dinamika Multi finance Tbk as the party receiving
the merger, is responsible for the transfer of all activities, business activities, operations,
share capital, employees, assets, permits, obligations and all other assets and liabilities,
in the broadest scope, of PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk as a result of the merger.
