The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the enactment of the loss adjuster business license in respect of the change of namefrom PT McLarens Indonesia to PT McLarens Adjuster Indonesia through KEP-191/PD.02/2026 on April 22nd, 2026.
This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.
Following the enactment of its business license, PT McLarens Adjuster Indonesia is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
