The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the enactment of insurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Anugrah Medal Broker to PT AMB Insurance Broker through KEP-57/PD.02/2026 on February 12th, 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK. Following the enactment of its business license, PT AMB Insurance Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
