Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enactment of loss adjuster business license in accordance with the name change of PT Axis International Indonesia to PT Axis International Adjusters through KEP-710/PD.02/2025 on December 24th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decree of the OJK.

With the approval of the company's business license, PT Axis International Adjusters is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
