The Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK) hereby grants the enactment of insurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Central Antar Jasa to PT Pialang Asuransi Central Antar Jasa through KEP-665/PD.02/2025 on December 16th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.

With the approval of the company's business license, PT Pialang Asuransi Central Antar Jasa is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
