​Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby grants the enactment of reinsurance broker business license in accordance with the name change of PT Asrinda Arthasangga to PT Asrinda Arthasangga Reinsurance Brokers through the decree of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority KEP-1/PD.02/2026 dated January 6, 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the decree of the OJK. With the approval of the company's business license, PT Asrinda Arthasangga Reinsurance Brokers is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with applicable regulations and to continuously comply with the prevailing laws and supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.​
