The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby grants a business license for Sharia General Insurance to PT Sinar Mas Asuransi Syariah, having its registered address at Plaza Simas Building, 5th Floor, Jalan Fachrudin Number 18, Kampung Bali Sub-district, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta Administrative City, DKI Jakarta Province, 10250. This business license shall take effect on the date of the decree through the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority Number KEP-123/D.05/2025 dated December 23, 2025.

In conducting its business activities, PT Sinar Mas Asuransi Syariah is required to apply sound business practices and to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.
