The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the enactment of the insurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Buana Jasa Pratama to PT Buana Jasa Pratama Pialang Asuransi KEP-79/PD.02/2026 on February 26th, 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK. Following the enactment of its business license, PT Buana Jasa Pratama Pialang Asuransi is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
