Inspections and Quality Control of Supervision of Financing Institutions, Venture
Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other Financial Services Institutions

Regarding : the Use of the Business License in the Name of PT Pegadaian to be in
the Name of Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Pegadaian
The Head of the Department of Licensing, Special Inspections and Quality Control of
Supervision of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance
Institutions, and Other Financial Services Institutions has approved the use of the
pawn broking business license in connection with the change of the company's name
from PT Pegadaian to Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Pegadaian. This approval takes
effect as of the date of the above-mentioned Decree.
Following this approval, Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Pegadaian shall
conduct its business activities by consistently applying sound business practices and
complying with the prevailing laws and regulations.
The head office of Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Pegadaian is located at Jl.
Kramat Raya No.162, RT.2/RW.2, Kenari, Kec. Senen, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah
Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 10430.
