Financial Services Authority (OJK) through the decision of Members of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) Number KEP-374/NB.02/2023 have granted financing companies business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Satyadhika Bakti to PT Satyadhika Bakti Finance effective since 12th July 2023.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Satyadhika Bakti Finance is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
