The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has revoked Business License of a Pawnshop Company PT Gadai Mas DKI through KEP-62/PL.02/2026 on March 17th, 2026 Revocation of Pawnshop Business License in Connection with the Merger of PT Gadai Mas DKI into PT Gadai Mas Nusantara.​

Since the effective date of the merger of PT Gadai Mas DKI into PT Gadai Mas Nusantara, PT Gadai Mas Nusantara, as the party receiving the merger, is responsible for the transfer of all activities, business activities, operations, share capital, employees, assets, permits, obligations and all other assets and liabilities, in the broadest scope, of PT Gadai Mas DKI as a result of the merger.
