The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the enactment of the insurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Ria Pratama Mega Sejahtera to PT RPM Insurance Brokers and Consultants through KEP-138/PD.02/2026 on March 21th, 2026.
This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.
Following the enactment of its business license, PT RPM Insurance Brokers and Consultants is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
