​The Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby announces the enactment of the guarantee company business license in respect of the change of name from PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia To Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia through KEP-476/PD.02/2026 on September 4th, 2026.​

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.

Following the enactment of its business license, Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
