The Head of Department of Licensing, Special Inspection and Supervision Quality Control for Venture Capital, Financing, Microfinance and Other Financial Institution have granted financing companies business license enforcement concerning the change of name of PT Sembrani Finance Indonesia to PT Genie Finance Indonesia through KEP-73/PL.02/2026 since April 9th 2026.

With the approval of the company's business license, PT Genie Finance Indonesia is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
