Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) has approved the change of name of PT Jamkrida Sumbar to PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat (Perseroda) through KEP-92/KO.15/2025 on August 25th, 2025. This change shall take effect as of the decision of the OJK.
With the approval of the company's business license, PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat (Perseroda) is required to carry out its business activities by regularly implementing sound business practices and consistently referring to the applicable laws and regulations.
