The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby announces the enactment of reinsurance broker business license in respect of the change of name from PT Asiare Binajasa to PT Asiare Binajasa Reinsurance Brokers through KEP-178/PD.02/2026 on April 16th, 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.

Following the enactment of its business license, PT Asiare Binajasa Reinsurance Brokers is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
