Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted a Business License for a Finance Company PT Sany Indonesia Finance through KEP-56/D.06/2026 on September 14th, 2026.​

​The Finance Company is located at Ruko Putri Mutiara Jalan Griya Utama Blok BD6, Kelurahan Sunter Agung, Kecamatan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara, Provinsi DKI Jakarta, 14350.

The granting of the business license is effective as of the date on which the business license is issued by the Member of the Board of Commissioners of Indonesian Financial Services Authority.

In accordance with Article 14 paragraph (1) of Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 47/POJK.05/2020 concerning Business Licensing and Institutional Aspects of Financing Companies and Sharia Financing Companies, as amended by the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 35 of 2025 (POJK 35/2025) concerning the Amendment of Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 46 of 2024 on the Development and Strengthening of Financing Companies, Infrastructure Financing Companies, and Venture Capital Companies, PT Sany Indonesia Finance is required to commence its business activities no later than 3 (three) months from the dateon which the business license is issued.
