The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) hereby announces the enactment of the loss adjuster business license in respect of the change of name from PT Bahtera Arthaguna Parama to PT Arthaguna Parama Adjusters KEP-182/PD.02/2026 on April 17th, 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK.

Following the enactment of its business license, PT Arthaguna Parama Adjusters is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with prevailing laws, regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.
